Spisko is a free offline shopping list app: your lists and pantry open with no connection, in a store's basement or on the road, and everything you tick off or add is kept and sent as soon as you're back online.
Open with no signal
Spisko keeps a copy of your lists and pantry on your device. Install it from your browser and it opens from your home screen like any app, connection or not, and shows you the last copy it has.
Tick off, add and change, then sync
Tick items off, add new ones, change quantities and finish the trip without a connection. Each change waits in a queue and is sent, in order, when the connection is back, and the app shows you while it's waiting.

Shared lists, when you are back
On a shared list, the rest of the household sees your changes once they're sent. Until then the list tells you they're waiting, and nothing is lost if you close the app in between.
