Spisko vs AnyList: a free alternative that tracks your pantry

Looking for an AnyList alternative? Spisko is a free shopping list app with a pantry behind it: what you buy goes into it, and it tells you what's running low before your next trip. Here is how the two compare, feature by feature.

Checked on 5 November 2026 against anylist.com, its help centre and its US App Store listing. An X means their own material shows the feature isn't there; "Not listed on their website" means none of it describes the feature, so the app may still have it. Frequently asked questions

Can I move my lists from AnyList to Spisko?

As text: copy your items out of AnyList, one per line, and paste them into a Spisko list. Spisko shows what it read, links what is already in your pantry and adds the rest, an amount in front included ("2 milk"). There is no direct import from a AnyList account. Your pantry then builds itself from the first trip.

Does Spisko have recipes like AnyList?

Yes, with Spisko Plus: import a recipe from a link or paste it in, and Spisko marks what you have and puts only what is missing on your list. There is no meal-planning calendar yet.

Is Spisko really free?

Yes. Shopping lists, the pantry, sharing with your household, aisle order, barcode scanning and offline use are free, with no ads and no card.
